Reservations
We recommend scheduling your appointment prior to your arrival. All Services and Packages are guaranteed with a credit card.

Health Problems and Comfort Level
Please notify the Spa Receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible Spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything you would like us to address, please inform the technician.

Guest Timeliness
We suggest that you  arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can have a few moments to unwind. The more relaxed you are, the more you’ll enjoy your service. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete, unhurried service.

Running Late
Arriving late will limit the time of your Salon & Spa service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling
As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, there will be a 24-hour cancellation or change policy on all services. All packages require 72-hours. Without this notification you will be charged in full (100%). Our cancellation policy is designed to provide compensation for our wonderful technicians, who rely on us to manage their schedule and their career.

Return Policy
No refunds or exchanges on products and services.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are only redeemable at location  are non-transferable.

  • Saffron Day Spa is a co-ed facility.
